The Instructions were not clear for set up. They should say to look at the screen of the machine. I followed the instruction eveywhere but the ink Cartridges were not charged. Also had difficulty to see how to install the ink Cartridges as the holder had to be forced to be able to open the top where they are inserted
I would recommend this to a friend!

This computer is awesome! The set-up was easy, the printing is excellent, and I like the remote feature so that wires don't get in the way!

poor operating instructions

Not being computer literate I am finding it impossible to use my WF-3620, Scanning instructions are not user friendly.

I just bought this printer today and set everything up. Pulled all the blue tape off and plastic etc. This printer comes with a Styrofoam piece inside the area where the ink is. If this is not pulled out you'll get an immediate error message stating to call Customer Service, but really this piece of Styrofoam must be removed. Setting up the wifi was very easy, went step by step, it found my wireless network, I entered my password, and it was connected. Installed the cd rom on my computer which was very easy as well.

I had an Epson Workforce for several years. Since, I have tried others but returned to the Work Force 3620 as it is a smaller version but really gets the job done. It's dependable, prints excellent work and easy to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

start-up info lacking

product never printed lineup page. didn't know about touch screen. I have never done this before and step-by-step start up instructions are lacking. I almost took the printer back to the store. I may still as I have not used to print anything. you have to do better
