I bought this about 3 weeks ago. I am so happy with this all-in-one printer. It was very user friendly. I use to have just a basic printer/copier--what an upgrade!!!!! I have no regrets in buying this all-in-one.

Terrible Print Quality

I am SOOOO disappointed. Had another Epson printer that was great. Have done the print head cleaning, muzzle check, etc. Still lousy print quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just got it setup and the test print was very sharp and printer was fast. Hope it continues to do so. I hope can print good photos to.

I bought the WF-3620 about a month ago, didn't take long to set up. After downloading the correct app, printing from my phone works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!
