I just bought this printer and had to call cuz the CD wasn't
correct. Runi (?) was a great guy and walked me through all the set up for ALL the features. Awesome Help! and I really appreciate it. Being older, I can't always keep up with all the new computer stuff. So, it's really great when I'm having problems and I can call the Tech Support and actually get A REAL LIVE PERSON to talk me through it. Thanks Epson, I not only got a GR8 printer for a great price, I got wonderful Tech Support!!

Great features and outstanding print quality

After using HP printers for years and having difficulty aligning the print heads on my last printer I decided to try the Epson W-3620 and I am really glad I did. The print quality is outstanding.

Works well with our needs

I had my 2nd all in one printer wherein an update shut down the scanning function which is needed for our online school for our special needs daughter. I looked for reviews and Epson had good reviews. So we made the purchase and so far we have had our needs met.

This Work Force ought to be called a Work Horse!

Having bought my second WF3620 in a row, I consider these little gems real work horses. They scan, print and copy like crazy. I even used it to fax a document - something I rarely do. Didnt have to read a manual, just connected to my phone line, and poof - it was faxed in a jiffy. Couldn't ask for a better little workhorse!
