Works Well as Office Printer but Tricky to Connect

I found the printer quite challenging to connect. First I tried to connect using the USB option. I tried a couple of times and each time I had to cancel the install and start the whole process again. I was not successful. I then tried the ethernet connection with the same results. I was finally successful with the WIFI. This should have been an easy job and the install software should be designed to allow multiple attempts at connecting and/or changing the connection method without having to start from the very beginning each time! Frustrating.
I have had the printer for about a month. I am pleased with the print quality. The scanner and sheet feed work well so far. The scanner software is slightly improved over my Work Force 845 - this printer just decided to stop working and repair is way to expensive and no one in my area does printer repair. Consider you printer a disposable item and give strong consideration to replacement insurance.
The one operational issue I have is that the printer does occasionally double feed sheets of paper.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My last one was the 'WorkForce 630' and I was used to working the features from the PC menu. This one has a lot more that used the onboard keypad so I'm still learning about all the features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far, I'm happy with the printer. I like that it will print on both sides of the paper. I had one problem with it in the first week. It wouldn't print at all. I uninstalled and installed the software, and it took care of the problem. No problems after that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy Set-up / Horrible paper loading

Set-up was a breeze until I got to the part where I inserted the paper. Every time, I get a paper jam error before it even begins to feed the paper through. I still haven't been able to get a single print or test print done because of a continual alleged paper jam; even though I haven't even got it to accept any paper yet!
Not idea about any other features yet...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
