The worst purchase ever
on December 30, 2015

Printer is not user friendly. We continuously have problems with this printer, currently will not recognize that the empty ink cartridges were replaced and refuses to print. Really inconvenient. Turns what should take seconds into hours. Never have been able to print/copy/scan with simplicity. Will never purchase an Epson again. Save yourself the time, the headache, and the extra money you will need to purchase a printer that actually works.

The Biggest Little Printer

Bought it. Installed it. Use it all the time. No headache, hassle, or worries. Always great prints. Especially like the front loading for smallish spaces, as well as the higher volume paper feed. Easy to install with multiple printers - Apple and PC alike. Easy internet engagement. Easy access to online printer drivers. Just a great little machine, printing like a big one.

Difficult to set up
on January 4, 2016

Had to call Epson 3 times. I referred to the manual which I had downloaded but that did not help. This was my first wireless peripheral but I have been in computers for over 40 years so I am not a complete novice. Epson could explain a lot of terms they use as I have not kept up with the wireless community. Epson asks for codes and numbers which I haven't the faintest knowledge about. I am all correctly hooked up now and the printer works great along with the copier and scanner. I did not hook up the fax. I replaced a dead Epson printer (over 9 years old) and a Epson scanner which was still running great. I am happy with my choice and Epson tech support was more than helpful to this wireless novice.

Epson need to include a printer usb cable in the package because when you have to separately purchase one the sale is not a sale, and it is time consuming to the consumer.

It would have been extremely helpful to have more detailed information for step 2 of the initial installation "turn on and configure". For example, saying that this is a touch screen product and when ready to go to the next step to touch the "enter" button at the bottom of the screen.

Printer Errors for paper size
on January 14, 2016
Posted by: Anonymous
from Gilbert, AZ
I am using 8.5x11 printer paper and keeps saying "Printer size does not match the paper source setting. Print on User-Defined." I have it set on user-defined in inches 8.50x11 and still shows the error when I want to print. So, When I print from my Laptop via wireless, I have to go down-stairs and select "Yes" on the error message in order for it to print. Print quality is good but it is tedious having to do this..
