Excellent Support - very good printer

I bought this printer a couple of months ago. I had some difficulty with setup through the Wi-Fi. I tried the router helpline and got more problems. When I called Epson, they straightened it out in a minute. Last week printing from my computer faded out - thought it was a driver problem. Support went through diagnostics with me, decided the printer was at fault and sent me a new machine. Now it is printing fine. I like the printer very much.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer WiFi setup

The printer WorkForce WiFi 3620 did not detect my Wifi during set up. I am using USB in tell I have more time to set WiFi. I will rate the product when I have used an amount of time to do so

I have a old Epson workforce 545 all in one and have used it for years, loved it so bought a new one, the WF3620 for my business, easy to set up and use and serves great perpose for my company. Angain, cant go wrong, love this too.

I received this products two days ago, the set up is easy, the print quality is good, the scan quality is much better than my old printer. I am happy with this product.

So happy that I bought this printer! I have not used all the features as of yet, but definitely happy about the scan capability which allows me to scan a stack of documents simply by putting the stack into the feeder. Also very thankful for the wireless feature, I can print from anywhere in my home!

Printer works great. The only problem is sometimes I forget to pull out the paper catching tray so when I print something It throws my papers into open space. They then float all over the place and to the ground. Normally my printer prints my papers so fast that even if I realize my mistake as I am hitting the print button I can not get out of my chair fast enough to get the paper catching tray out before my papers go everywhere. I am less then three feet from my printer and a young guy so I move pretty fast.
Overall it works great and I bought another one for my house.
I would recommend this to a friend!
