Not as hoped

I bought for use in home office and particularly needed the scanning of multiple documents. I was unable to use this feature on the scanner successfully. After searching on Internet for solution, I had to purchase a third party program to allow scanning.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So Far So Good

I have used other Epson printers, the last one I just had lasted for about five years and it would still work if I had not accidentally broken it. My last printer was a wf 545 and it lasted long and work flawlessly. The customer service of Epson is remarkably awesome! As for the 3620, I have had it for two days. Easy to set up and is working very good. I like the fact that I can print envelopes and I did a lot of that yesterday. I have a lot of expectation of the 3620 and I know my expectation will be fulfilled because Epson products are the best and the customer service has always exceeded my wildest imaginations.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For all of the quality features that this printer offers you would be foolish to purchase any other printer for your persona needs

my father-in-law bought this wf-3620 and asked for help setting it up-[ he's 83 ]. I was impressed, it worked better than my hp-6600. so I bought on, just finished setting it up and liking it so far.
I would recommend this to a friend!
