I absolutely love my printer. It was easy to set up and no error messages. It is also a great multi-use functional product for faxing and scanning.

I just got it today, it was amazingly easy to setup, the fax portion works very well. The picture quality when I did a test print on photo paper was sensational!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've had Epsons' before and this size is exactly what I need. I had a 7620 before; gave it to one of my sons. Loved it, but too much for this ole man. HA HA HA

Purchased the WF-3620 on Mar 27, 2017. Came well packaged - fairly easy setup. Need more3 clarification on the fax setup - have two faxes in home; also need more clarification on printer setup. All in all was a good set up - checked whether or not my fax worked - had it tested out with someone who had a fax - it worked!
I would recommend this to a friend!

It was very easy to set up. I tested all of the features without any difficulty. It prints, copies and scans much faster than my previous all-in-one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to download CD to laptop, but after trying at least a dozen times to download to desktop I had to call the company that has worked on our computers for years to get it installed.
I would recommend this to a friend!
