I soooo love this printer. It is fast and quiet, plus it has a paper tray big enough for over 200 sheets. My last printer would only hold about 40 sheets. For the money, you cannot beat this printer!!!! Picture quality is unbelievable too. Major bang for the buck!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've owned this printer for less than a year and it stopped printing in color. Not very pleased at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

starting out rough

Opened box and tried install. didn't go smoothly and I followed the directions to the T. Had to call the number on the yellow sheet that tells you to call if there is a problem. Guess they were expecting the call. Little worried from the beginning, lets see how they do from here!

I bought it today and my son told me to print of some documents in school and some copies as well and we are satisfied the result.

I had trouble with the wifi set up. A simplified method should be made so that non geeks can set it more easily.

Good printer for about a year

Worked well for about a year. Now it puts lines wher it should and doesn't put ink where it should. Printer keeps telling me the ink is getting low even on new cartridges.
