Still runnin'

Had for quite awhile. Sat idle for 6-months and heads dried-up. Soaked print head with alcohol pad for couple of hours, then ran the clearing/cleaning f10-20 times and it prints like a champ. New PC, updated printer and "Bob's your uncle". All is well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is our first experience with an Epson. We have had Hp in the past. We just tried and returned a Canon, which was a nightmare...never did install completely!!
Installing our new Epson has been a breeze. No further comments at this time.

Good but have some issues

Printing quality for letters and pictures is great. My only issue is that we have Chromebooks and this OS is not recognized.

Already had offline issue

I love the printer, it prints fast and really clear. I have had several offline issues with it. I can print from other wireless devices but not my desktop computer. Have reinstalled it, have updated, have had to get new ip addres...ugh!
