Fabulous 2-Sided Printer.

I just received my Epson WF-3620 printer and I love it. It was extremely easy to set up and within minutes it was printing crisp, clear documents. I like the ease in installing the ink cartridges and the control panel is easy to understand as well. I would recommend this printer to anyone with personal or business needs at home. The document feeder is a life saver and the paper tray allows for plenty of paper for printing use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the quality of print and the features of this printer. The problem with it is the Wi-Fi connection. It constantly goes off line. I have to restart it to get it to find the signal. Even going into to setup it doesn't see it, just keeps search. Do not have any problem with my other Wi-Fi devices so it has to be something with the printers or it's firmware
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The set up was not very smooth with the cd. I went online and did the manual set it. The manual set up was a breeze.

Well-3 hours plus later the printer is wirelessly set up. The disc included with the printer seeme3d to be the culprit, so I eventually downloaded the driver directly from the internet and that FINALLY worked. I find the touchscreen hard to enter info on even tho I have small fingers and had some trouble with paper tray.
BUT I am happy with the result now that I am connected on all my devices

Hello, It is interesting that I should get this email asking for a review of my printer. I do have good things to say and one not so good thing. First of all I do love this printer for the things that I can get it to do. My problem is that in the packaging of this unit there is no booklet called "User's Guide" for how to use the printer ie. scanner, fax, etc. I paid extra for a Printer's Essential Kit so that I could get it operational and that worked well. However, now when I want to use other features, I have no instruction booklet in hand. I am not a fan of having to go online to get a simple usage instruction. Can you send me a booklet that I can keep with my printer to use when I have a question on its features. this is the first printer that I have ever owned that does not come with a "user guide". thank you.

installation and start-up

This thing seems to be working but if so it's pure luck. Had to phone the help line to get started but followed the on screen instructions step-by-step after that, and was apparently successful. Epson assumes I know A LOT more than I do. I didn't realize the unit even had a touch screen until the helpline guy showed me. Actual PRINTED step by step instructions beginning with removal from the box would save a lot of time.

Wireless Setup

Wireless setup was menu driven, extremely quick and very easy. I was prepared for problems and network compatibility issues and was very surprised at how easy the whole install went. Kudos to Epson. They got it right.
