I bought this product a few months ago and it runs out of ink quick and has been acting up since I bought it. Very frustrated with the product. Have been unable to assess assistance due to being asked to keep registering the product over and over again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ink guzzler. Can do a lot

Physical set up went okay. There are a lot of protectors and its not totally clear where they all are. Leaving one in may cause a jam during start.
Software setup was difficult, but I'm inexperienced, so I won't factor that into my review.
The ink is going fast. The cartridges are small, so it may take frequent changing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Keeps going offline

Every time I want to print something, the computer tells me the printer is offline. The only way to get it to print is to turn it off and then back on. I still have not found a way to print an envelope. The quality of the print jobs are great, it's just not that easy to use. Would not buy Epson again without further investigation.

Love the 2 sided printing

This printer is a great upgrade from my previous home printer. It was easy to set up, works well with both Mac and PC, and the 2 sided printing (without reloading the paper) is awesome.
I would recommend this to a friend!
