The only downside to this product is the overuse of printer ink.

There is still a feature I have not been able to use (FAX); however, I will call the Support Team to see if we can rectify this problem. I'm hopeful that this wii be an easy fix?

Love the two trays!

I work in a manufacturing plant and our invoices are in triplicate. Whenever shipping, it was necessary to stop and load the triplicate paper in the tray and reinstall the standard white for normal activities. Now, I have the normal white in tray 1 and the shipping stock in tray 2 and only need to designate the proper tray to the operation. With a little more research, I'm sure I can set the printer to go to the proper tray automatically.

Although features seem to work fine, there appears to be an issue with the Wifi connection. Periodically the connection is lost. Easy to re-establish, but annoying when you're in a hurry.

Needs Better Software

Overall I have to say that the unit is decent especially considering the price point. The biggest problem with the unit is when you scan and saving the document. Unlike all the other HP units I have had over the years, this software will not let you know the file before or after scanning. You let ii scan and save under its own assigned file name which is an IMG file, then open the file and then select "save as" in order to rename to what you would like it to be named. This is more time consuming than it should be and Epson customer service was no help when I called to see if there was a way to not have to go through these steps. It should not have to be this way when you completion offers quicker and easier solutions for this.

I needed a multifunction inexpensive printer for printing and scanning to pdf. I have several laser printers in storage a thousand miles away. Totally impressed with print quality, speed, installation ease.
I would recommend this to a friend!
