Fast, but paper tray for envelopes disappointing.

I replaced my Epson Artisan 835 with this printer. I create my own greeting cards. I use 80lb paper that the WF-3620 can handle. My issue has to do with the envelope. If you take a 8.5"x11" paper and fold it in half, the result is 5.75"x8.75". My Artisan printer made printing this envelope so easy. I would load in the tray and print. The SF-3620 does not accommodate this size envelope. I had to customize the settings in order to make it work. The drawback is that I had to money around with the placement of the text to make it print properly. This is the biggest disappointment with the SF-3620. On the plus side, it's much faster than my Artisan , it hold more paper, the paper tray isn't a flimsy, but solid and it has a rear feed for Number 10 envelopes.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Needed a new printer after I purchased my new Cricut. This printer has met all my expectations and more. It can handle printing on the different materials, ink dries quickly, picture quality is fantastic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer/Scanner

This is a great model printer; my first one worked great for about 7 months, then quit...the Epson replalcement worked great for about a month before it quit printing and the replacement for the latter arrived overnight this week and it is on line at this point and it is working great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been very happy with my old Epson WF 545, so I decided to buy a new Epson Work Force 3620 printer. To date, I have not had that same "happy" feeling with my 3620. I keep getting "off line" messages, and I don't put the printer off line. It goes off line by itself. It won't print anything until I delete the message in the printer's que. I have to keep uninstalling the software, and then re-install it again from the CD.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
