One of the better printers out there

We bought our WorkForce in 2016 for our home office. The install was fast and painless and the software is very useful and not just some cheap code designed to make you think you got something for nothing. The printer performs great if pressed to state something negative about the machine I have to admit it was hard to come up with something but there doesn't appear to be a stop for the paper cassette. By this I mean you put the paper into the tray adjust for side by side movement with the paddles and the want to push the back paper slider to move the paper to the start position and you can easily just push all the paper out of the cassette. Other wise the machine is loaded with options and does the job of 3 machines for a good bit lower than you would pay for the three machines individually.
I would recommend this to a friend!

have this printer for 3 weels and already can't print. The message is "the print head nozzles may be clogged. In one month??

Setup was fairly easily with few complications. The cd software was unable to connect my wifi; however I was able to connect quickly using the control panel. HOWEVER, the control panel is NOT user friendly. I had to use the eraser tip of a pencil and press down quite hard to get the panel to operate. Have only printed one page so far but quality was good and printed quickly in black and white.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like the Printer but had trouble with in 1.3 years old (I'm NOT a heavy user) and Epson had to send me a replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

WF3620 Terrible Fax Issue

Love the printer except... I can not get it to fax. I have DSL phone line, I check the line and it says it is good, but I can not get a fax to go out or incoming. Not worth the time I have spent trying to figure it out try something else.
