I would marry this printer.

I'm a private voice teacher and printing and copying music (for educational purposes only), is a big part of my day. My last printer was unreliable and slower than molasses in January! The Epson WorkForce should be called a Work Horse-it's fast, prints off purchased downloadable music on both sides, saving me a small fortune in paper, AND I can print from my phone! Which makes me feel very hip. I can't recommend it enough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I set up wireless printing with minimal fuss. Color and B&W printing are excellent quality! Operating the printer and copier is intuitive. The device feels solid.

Watch out for Close Scanner Cover

The printer works fine except it does use a lot of expensive ink. However, the printer has an inherent problem when trying to change a cartridge. You will get an error message - Close the scanner cover, and the cartridge loader will not position. I had one printer that had to be replaced, and the problem is now on the replacement printer. You then will have to use the manual procedure from the menu to change a cartridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good printing, scanning, bad extras

Prints and scans well and fast. Rear feeer is cranky and will not accept my business labels, 4.25 x6" -- and easy, separate label printing was one reason i chose this model. They just get stuck. Envelops are ok.
Also there is no caller ID available that i can find -- a useful way to screen calls on my landline that my last printer did automatically.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointing to say the least!!!

After minimal use for just over a year, I get a 0x97 error message. Nowhere is this explained in the manuals or thru online help. The net result is I now have a useless printer that I don't know what to do with. When it was working it was OK.
