Best printer I've owned!

It took me a few minutes to setup the printer , the setup was fast and easy! It is nice to have a printer were you can print wirelessly from any compatible device at home and also remotely when you are not home! The scan feature is very nice and the quality is clear. I don't have a use for the fax. Overall I'm very happy with the printer!
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer has been printing bad pages for the 6 months. I don't know if downloaded bad driver or what?
Presently I am very unhappy with this printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replaced a workforce 845 after many years of service. Give the 3620 4 stars only because you can only purchase XL cartridges for the black. Previous model all colors came in XL. Other then that it is a great printer.

I was putting off setting up this printer thinking how difficult the set up would be. I was so please to click through the Process, while it automatically setting up the wireless connection, the registration, and printed up the test page, and All was Good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why can't I get the updates I need to make my SD card work??

I bought it and when I tried to download the updates I need to get it to sync my SD card to my computer I got a message that it was no longer supported. No updates!! Why?
