Love everything about it and all its great features

I bought the WF-3620 not long ago wanting and printer that was stronger and more easier to use and set up more like a office all in one printer but u have it at ur home. The one great value i like about it is the incapacity amounty of paper u can load in the paper tray. Other than having to repeatedly re-loading if ur dueing a high quality of printing in one job. One side or double sided.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I owned another brand all-in-one printer for several years. It was a nice printer but the printhead had to be replaced several times. My mother purchased an Epson printer. I went to her house to set it up for her and loved everything about it. I went home and ordered one. I love being able to print from my computer, tablet or phone wirelessly. The 2 sided print feature is very easy. I don't have to remove the paper and reinsert to print on the flip side. I haven't printed pictures yet. The only thing that I do not like is that the Epson's tech support website is confusing and their customer service is not available 24 hours.

As a printer repairman this inkjet is dependable I guess its the best printer I have used since I can remember .

It installed relatively easily. I did spend 10 minutes looking all over the machine for where to plug in the USB. Install pics could be more inclusive. Another Ex one has to lift up a "Collar" to install the cartridges. That is not shown or mentioned.
