I bought this in the Spring of 2016 and within 3 months or less it printed blanks. After applying your fixes to no avail and requesting a replacement printer 14 months later I am quite satisfied with my new product. The troubleshooting was time consuming and caused heartburn which I would have preferred not to have had to experience.
I would recommend this to a friend!

bought one year ago.
Problems connecting with wi fi , it has worked until August this year now it says not connected.

poor print quality; loses wifi signal frequently....won't print in b&w mode when one color cartridge is out of ink.....bad purchase
