White Lines Across Page

I've had this printer less than 2 years. Most of my printing does not need to be the high quality that is required for photos, however, I do wish to print a photograph occasionally, but not enough volume that requires the expense of a special printer.
Recently whatever I print has numerous horizontal white lines across the page. I have never used ink from anyone other that Epson, so ink should not be the problem. So, what is the solution?

had this printer for almost a year and it has worked great from day one....it was easy to download and install the software.....changed the hard-drive in my notebook and no issues re-loading....print well...scans great too...have not used the fax feature....i recommend getting the larger capacity black ink cartridge....
I would recommend this to a friend!

touchscreen a real pain to use

the keys are not sensitive. the letters and numbers are so small that when you try to make a selection its very difficult to get the right keys because your finger extends to the keys on either side. I try to use the side of my finger but find I have to make at least 4 attempts before I get the right key. What a pain the set up has been. I have wasted way too much time trying to get this set with my laptop and direct access internet. I will not purchase another epson for this freason

When it works it fine

This printer has been nothing but trouble with my Acer Chromebook 15. It will print for a few months and then it decides not to print anymore. I would not buy this printer again. I am now looking for a printer that will work better with my Acer Chromebook.

This is by far my favorite printer of all. I'm 81 years old and the simplicity of screen directions could not be easier!

I have been using the WF-3620 WiFi printer and it has been going well so far. I really like the convenience and features offered in this model for home use.
