Scam on Ink / will keep you contantly purchasing ink

must have all ink cartriges to print, these cartriges are expensive. printer will not work unless all four cartriges have ink. will not print using just black only

If I were to change one thing, it would be the outlet on the side of the printer. I spent two days trying to hook up my printer to the computer before discovering the outlet for the printer end of the cable was on the Side, not the back of the printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using it for several years (although not the fax capability). It is connected wirelessly to my laptop and never fails to capture what I send it. I routinely turn paper copy into electronic documents that can be transmitted electronically. Love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I always have troubles with this printer. Easy always disconnected or poor quality prints.

bad printing after a few months

after only a few months the printer began skipping lines of print or only partially printing lines at regular intervals down the page. Very irritating and so far no resolution. have tried everything suggested plus new ink cartridges - wasting a perfectly good one apparently since the new one did not correct the problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
