Easy Setup for Wireless

Being a tech klutz, I found this printer easy to set up for wireless printing. I did the set up completely by myself, and it was a breeze. First time I've had a good experience setting up anything computer-related! This printer has earned my five-star rating.

Great Printer, Not So Great Scanner

I replaced my 3 year old WF-3640 with this WF-3620 because the clarity of printing of the 3640 began to deteriorate. I expected that an annoying problem with the 3640--the frequent loss of wireless connection between the computer and the 3640 when I wanted to scan--would have been solved by now. But it hasn't. In order to scan I have to shut down the all-in-one and restart, and then cross my fingers. If I want to scan later in the same day, it's fine, but by the next day it will not enter the scanner mode and I have to reboot. I have no problems with any of my other wireless peripherals, so I know it's not the computer's fault. So I guess that, instead of an "all-in-one" they should call this a "some-in-one".
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Had this printer for about 6 months and started printing badly. Not worth the money to get it fixed.

Doesn't access wireless consistantly. INK!

YOu have to struggle with the ink in the cartridge so the printer recognizes it. It is very hard to install the ink with the cartridge stuck to the left. I often have to reboot the computer so it recognizes the printer!

Excellent wireless Printer / scanner

This has been the best wireless printer we have used in our business yet. Very easy to setup wireless, excellent scanner, & prints from your cell phone. Very dependable printer & very good tech support if needed. Ink lasts long time & easy to replace cartridges. Highly recommend.

Excellent Wireless Printer

Have had the 3620 for about a year. It does an excellent job with normal printing, both from my laptop as well as my iPhone & iPad. However, it does an OUTSTANDING job on printing photos. We just returned from the Grand Canyon area. Often, you can not replicate on photo paper what you actually see with your eyes. However, the prints produced by the 3620 were spectacular - never seen another printer do so well.
