Doesn’t last long

After having it less than 2 years it died on me once and I had to do a system restore. Now it prints with some words not printing clearly. I wish I’d bought another brand. And the sad part is the warranty is over and I’m stuck with it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this printer for my daughter’s projects and it is awesome. I can print remotely and from our mobile devices. I still have not had a chance to use the fax but the copy machine is great. Picture quality is also great. The printing of even pictures is very easy and fast.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GREAT, GREAT LITTLE MACHINE!

My first multi-function device and was delighted not only with the print quality, but also the dynamite scanner (I'm a retired Photoshop power-user, so I know what I'm talking about). Even printing a ton at high-quality settings, my 3620 is a real miser with the ink, a definite bonus! Had some problems setting up the Wi-Fi and had to use Ethernet, but I'd twice upgraded my macOS to El Capitan, then Sierra, but a quick visit to the Epson website and downloading/installing firmware update and re-installing software I can now print wirelessly from anywhere in the house! I can't say enough good things about this product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After a computer crash I wouldn't have believed I could set up my multifunction printer without technical assistance. I simply followed the online video. It was a snap! I'm amazed--and grateful!
