windows upgrade couple of days ago has not printed from the computer since. I have done every upgrade in install available still not working,

I bought this Epson several months ago to replace the latest in a long line of printers with very short lifetimes and attention spans. The were all brand name printers with wild tales of efficiency and long lifetimes. All turned into expensive, inert piles of plastic and electronic components. Sure glad I found the Epson!

Great Features but Terrible Recent Press

I am extremely pleased with my WF-3620 for the all-in-one features and ease of operation, as I was for my previous WF-310.
I am, however, very upset by all the recent BAD publicity heaped on EPSON for alleged built-in obsolescence of ink cartridges.

Easy set-up, loved the touch screen!

My new WF-3620 is a replacement for my WF610. I stayed with Epson due to ease of set-up and operating . . . very user friendly.
