Without the customer service representive I called my printer wouldn't be working now. She walked me through all the steps to get it connected.

Loud & noisy ....paper jams and not grabbing the paper. The print quality after 12 months and 27 days is poor and none of the cleaning and nozzle checks has resolved it. The good news Epson is sending a refurbished replacement, but the bad news this is the third Epson printer to have problems right around the one year mark. This is my least favorite Epson ever.....

I have reinstalled this printer several times on new pc's and old. Even though I have wi-fi not everyone(my extra tower PC) for grand-kids and others doesn't it is networked and hardlined to printer. I love it. it does everything I need it for. The toner cartridges are inexpensive compared to HP, Brother and other expensivee brands. I can print from my smart phone and tablet as well as my old pc and laptop. I am very satisfied and will upgrade in future if needed to Epson.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've always used Epson printers. My 810 broke down and I bought this WF-3620. The printer is fast but the quality of photos is not as good as the 810 model. One major annoying feature is battling between the computer and the printer screen over paper sizes. I became fed up with trying to coordinate both screens and actually spent 10 minutes fighting with the protocols just to make a simple copy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exactly what I wanted!!

I do not have high volume, but it's very important that I can print and scan. This printer is exactly what I wanted. Easy to set up (I'm not using it wireless, so I don't know how easy that would be) and so far it's been working great - no paper jams or problems. Some of the software to scan seems a little redundant and takes a bit to figure out, but not too bad and once you get it figured out, it's pretty easy. I would recommend this printer readily for use in a home or small volume home business.

I am always a little hesitant to install new things as I'm not that "tech-y" - this Epson WF-3620 Series printer was a breeze with using wireless connect, and no aspirin needed. Great product so far, I am very happy! Thanks.

Yellow printhead clogged and will not clean

Decent printer for a year but, when I recently installed a new yellow cartridge it did not properly print.. The entire new cartridge plus the blue and magenta were used up trying to get the yellow cartridge to work using the clean printhead utility. When any cartridge is low, the printer will not print so the printer is now useless to me..

Great product but we purchased it on June 11, 2016 but would only allow us to register it with a purchase date of 01 01 2010!! That is my only complaint!!
