Very poor print quality

I bought this printer after my old LaserJet laser finally failed (after 15 years), thinking the multi-capabilities of this inkjet would do.
I was really disappointed. Before the "trial" ink ran out, the print quality deteriorated so now it always smears the middle of the page. I'll replace this printer when I can afford to, and forget about Epson entirely.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far, set up has been a breeze. I am not giving it 5 stars because I have not yet connected the
machine to the wireless features. So far this printer has been easy to install and all advertized
features are present and working. The quality of
the printing is very clear and it is fast. The scan and copy features are also clear and fast. So far, I love this machine!

Print heads clog and make it unusable. Cannot let machine sit idle for a week or so or heads will clog.

Scanner software problem

There is a very frustrating problem with the scanner software.
First scan works.
Second scan quits in the middle of scanning.

EPSON makes the BEST Printers

I recently purchased a WF - 3620 for my home. I was impressed so much after buying the larger model for my office.
They are FAST, easy to use and easy to set up!
No error messages or problems.
Works perfect with Mac and PC :)
I would recommend this to a friend!

Replacement for problem child

Prior WF-3620 decided not to recognize Epson black cartridge. It was cheaper to replace printer than fix it. Real pain to reinstall software on Mac and multiple Window's machines. IOS devices worked great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After setting this printer up, everything I printed was streaked and smeared. I returned it the same afternoon for another brand.
