I am absolutely thrilled with my new printer. I have been living in the stone ages for far too long. My mother-in-law in California has a wireless printer and I loved using it for tickets to events we were attending. My Dad uses one, but hadn't figured out the wireless part until recently. Thanks to them I am a fine owner of a great machine. I loved the reviews and was nervous when setting it up, but had no problems what so ever!! VERY PLEASED!! Will buy Epson products for printing from now on. I am believer!!

Only worked a few weeks!!!

I haven't even learned all the thing can do and i just registered it but it has already stopped working correctly. The print quality is HORRIBLE! I've spent a fortune replacing ink cartridges and hours "cleaning" heads. It still prints badly and the magenta won't print at all! Trying to get help from tech support now but I'm not optimistic!

This printer is really hard to set up. I have been working on it all day, and I only got it to print one paper.

WASTE OF MONEY

Super old technology, doesn't work with latest network and iOS, ink always dries up fast and has to be replaced. Spend money elsewhere.

I have had a number of printers but this is my first Epson. The installation and setup was the fastest and by far easier than any of my previous printers.
Since it is new my first impression is very good.

Very simple instruction to set up including the wireless connection. Very good printing quality out of the box. I showed a few sunset pictures I printed on the Epson WF-3260 from my last trip to Maine and he asked me if I bought the prints at a souvenir store. He could not believe it.

Super easy setup but minor smears on 1st printout

The WF-3620 was super easy to take out of the box and set up as a network printer. All the ports are well marked and intuitive. Configuration was also super easy. The ink compartment is easy to get to, well designed and inserting the cartridges is a snap. Prints B&W text only docs FAST. My only concern is that the first thing I printed had some very light streaking on the bottom right of each page, otherwise my rating would be a 5.
