FAST!!!

Set up was fast, the printing is fast and great quality. All the features I want, at a reasonable price. I did my research and chose the Epson Workforce 3620. I am so glad that I did!

Great printer

Have had this printer less than 24 hours, and I am already printing from my iPad and iPhone! Easy setup and it looks great, vert fast paper handling. Would recommend this printer.

slow wireless operation

Set was ok after printing two short text files the printer went off line. Customer service quickly talked me thru the problem. Wireless operation was very slow . The Epson printer took 2 to 5 min to receive signal from router. customer service said it was due to a slow computer. Same computer with a different printer took 20 to 45 seconds to receive a signal not minutes. Print quality ok But Picture print a little dark and not crisp. Picture taken with a 12 pixel camera on tripod so I am returning it after one day.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Epson Excellence and instruction problems

The new WF3620 is an amazing workhorse of a machine. It is only the second Epson I've had in l4 years.That's how reliable they are. However, much work needs to be done on your little disc that gives setup instruction and forget the paper instructions that comes with the printer; someone without English facility wrote them. Thank God for the excellent and VERY patient tech people who walked me through everything. The little touch-screen window is a new experience and takes some getting used to. But once mastered - it is truly well-designed and easy to follow

Nice printer, copies well and gives you the choice of printing draft to conserve ink or bold for business purposes. I had some difficulty in setting up the printer and am still having some problems with the printer printing - it seems to want to go to fax or scanning. Tech support is good. I am not literate on installing electronics so this is the main problem. The installation directions are vague and I wish all of the connecting lines had come with the printer instead of having to purchase separately. I can already see this product is going to met my business and personal needs.

A bit confusing to set up - still having some problems with that. Cannot get the user's manual to open
When I select print the print page goes to "save" and then print. Since I cannot open user's manual cannot figure out how to change that. Need this feature changed.

fast and accurate

I have only had this printer for a month, but it seems to be fast and accurate. I use it for the portion of my work I do from home and it replaces an older Epson all-in-one that died after several years. So far, I have used it to print checks and items from the internet. It is a lot faster than my old printer. The paper feed is different and I had to get used to that. Setup wasn't too bad, but I had a little trouble getting QuickBooks to recognize the new printer and had to go to the Intuit web site to get a fix. The other programs I use were no problem. Photocopying was easy, but I only did one. Scanning worked very well and allowed me to put my logo into Adobe at a high enough quality to make some modifications for an online business use. I haven't tried printing anything on photographic paper yet. So far, I would recommend this printer.
