Setup-not so easy

Setting up this printer was fairly difficult and I spent most of my evening working on it. I have two computers connected to my router and this printer to the same router, but only one shows up as an option to scan to. My daughter's Mac cannot print to this printer, so that's something I'll have to look into as well. I chose this for duplex scanning and printing. Eventually I'll get there, but for now, I'm not a huge fan.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had this product for almost a week. Absolutely love it. I have had Epson printers in the past and they have done the job. I just wear the poor things out! I will continue to purchase Epson for my printers. Ink prices are great too! Doesn't cost you an arm and a leg for the ink. Sometimes ink is so expensive, your better off to go buy another printer!! Love this so far!!!! Thank you Epson!!

nice printer but installation could be improved

The printer is great the installation process was a nightmare. The installation from the disk had errors and did not install . I had to spend hours with tech support downloading drivers uninstalling them and retrying and searching for the right ones than getting my computer to recognize all the functions. I do miss having a real manual versus a on-line or disk version.

Very easy setup. Fast printing. Really like the auto two sided print feature. This is my second Epson printer. First one died after 4 years of use.

This is an outstanding printer/scanner/copier with its speed and crisp printing. The only function I haven't yet used is the fax. The small footprint has freed up some needed space in my work area. The screen guides you easily through choices in function, paper selection, etc. I would rate this as outstanding and am seriously considering buying a second one as a gift for a family member.

footprint convenient for home use

it has a compact size, and prints fast. the end product is crisp. Overall satisfied with it, except of course for some gimmicks. The duplex printing capabilities splashed everywhere on the box and in the specs, well, do not apply to all paper sizes. you only find these limitations after the printer is bought.. And I bought it precisely for the duplex purpose..Also, upon registering the product, Epson happily emails you a generous 10% discount code, but the small print reads it is inapplicable to inks and all sorts of other Epson products, and then it expires shortly.

This all in one was very easy to set up. I like the bigger capacity for paper. The documents printed are sharp & clear. It prints fast. Scanner is great. The touch screen is nice. I recommend this unit.
