Excellant for home and small business

I bought this two weeks ago (10/2014). Easy to set up and the cost of the ink was cheaper than any other ink product. I read a few reviews where people have owned the printer for a couple of days and had some problems. I don't understand why they did not get the problems corrected through Tech support at their store of purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got through unpacking and setting up the WF-3620 printer. The whole thing was really simple, and everything went flawlessly. I liked the fact that you could use the wireless capabilities to set up the printer on the wireless network, bypassing the need for a 2.0 USB cable. Compared to other similar printers I looked at, this one seemed solid, and the reviews were mostly positive. It's too soon to really tell, but here are some things I like: Ease of set-up. Can handle multiple sizes of paper. Separate feed for envelopes and specialty papers. REALLY easy to access areas of potential paper jamming. EXCELLENT print color and saturation. Print is crisp and doesn't bleed or run. Dry time is very quick. The price was below what I had expected. Things that could be improved: a bit slow warming up and processing print jobs. Not very quiet. Haven't tried duplexing or photos yet. Will hold my opinion on ink until I see how many pages I really get.

I am not close to being computer and printer savvy but I was able to easily set up my WF-3620
using the directions that were included with the printer. It works and so does the scanner so I am very happy.

There are only two things I would like changed in this machine: 1. If you want more than one copy of a print job it has to be done manually, even tho you click on a higher number it still won't give you that amount. 2. It will only print out one size of envelope... why?

Outstanding printer with a very easy set up. They should include a fax cable in the box though. The set up procedure wants to set it up right from the beginning, but there is no cable in the box. I hate it when companies cheap out, by not including a needed cable.
