Received the printer on time. called for setup help, which was appreciated to set the new printer .
The two people were very helpful in all respect and walked me thru the entire setup including the WiFi etc.

Was confusing to set up. Looks very good, printing good. Fast print. Wish the printersr would use same ink sizes. I had just bought new ink for my 3540 when it had a problem and had to be returned. So, unopened ink supply gone to waste.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Very easy install, user friendly guides, install disc also user friendly. No problems installing printer on my network. Easily added print software to other computers and was up and running in no time at all!
Touch screen is nice feature.

I've owned Epson and find this printer is a top-notch workforce.
My wife operates a daycare out of the house and makes copies of work papers for the children.
The printer makes great prints and copies. Epson produces great products and I am sold on Epson. Thank you guys.

No problem to follow instructions to set up, the instructions were easy to read and understand for the average computer / printer user. The wireless works very good and the print quality is what I expected from an Epson printer. Even though my computer is in one room and the printer is in another the wireless picked up the signal and prints very very good. Thank for a good printer. I can only give 4 stars because I have just set the printer up after some usage I am sure the rating will be higher.

A GREAT HIGHTECH, EASY TO USE PRODUCT. I NEEDED AN ALL IN ONE FOR BUSINESS WITH OUT HIGH COST, THAT WORKS WITH ALL DEVICES, AND THIS PROFESSIONAL, BUSINESS LOOKING PRODUCT IS PERFECT WITH WELL DESIGNED SOFTWARE, APP'S, ETC.
DOWN SIDE IS INSTRUCTIONS COULD HAVE BEEN BETTER AND MORE THOUGHLY WRITTEN BUT, CALLING CUSTOMER SUPPORT PACIFIC STANDERED TIME, RESOLVED THAT ISSUE, THANKS EPSON YOU ARE THE BEST!!!

Great all-in-one printer. High speed and quality printing. Easy to set up and use. Outstanding performance and capabilities for the low price. Printing paper and ink cartridges are reasonably priced and easy to find.

I've owned a lot of printers and this, by far, was the easiest installation I've ever done! I've only had the printer for a few days, but so far so good!
