The reason for 4 stars is that I just installed the Epson WF-3620 printer so far everything looks solid the print looks very good and it prints fast I'LL do another update in a couple of weeks.

This printer is a nice size for a home office and prints nicely. The digital display has been confusing to operate. However, my exasperation has come in setting up the printer. I've talked with 2 great techs who have patiently helped me. I've been printing throughout this morning and then all of a sudden it has stopped. So I'm getting ready to call Epson support for the 3rd time.
If you are computer/printer savvy, you will probably be fine.......

not easy to set up with windows 10

got one test page to print very faint,got scan to print a very grainey and fractured picture of my drivers licence. It did fax well.

Overall good printer

The functionality and design of the printer have been well thought out. Although I had an extremely difficult time installing the software the first time. The wifi and ethernet connection didnt want to install correctly, ultimately not letting me utilize the wifi printing (though I doubt I would have used it much). The only major problem I have is when a paper jam occurs during double sided printing. The printer jammed about three times (the first month) within the first 300 double sided pages I printed. For some reason The next 100 double sided pages (301-400) the printer jammed 4 times! When it jams: you have to pull out the paper that only printed one side, tell the printer to continue printing, BUT it never prints the backside of that sheet. Luckily its not hard to find these pages on a pdf and reprint them, but it is a hassle. Someone who is not very tech savvy might have a very difficult time sifting through 100 pages and trying to reprint the ones the printer missed. I have also printed some photos on semi gloss paper and wasnt too impressed (although this printer is not intended for photo printing I think its worth mentioning)

I have only had my Workforce WF-3620 for 2 days. It replaced an Artisan 837. I loved the Artisan but nothing last forever. I love all the features of the 3620 except having to remove and change paper when printing pictures. You could put both papers in the Artisan tray. The 3620 seems to be quieter than the 837. The print quality is on par with 837. This is a great little printer for the cost. I would purchase again.

I just got finished setting up my Epson-3620 printer and it was so easy!! Never was it this easy to set up a printer. I have this printer connected via WIFI and I love it, no printer cable to set up. The instructions are so simple to understand and the software to connect your printer up is fast and easy as well! Thank you Epson for making this setup process so simple. Printer quality is great as well.
