GREAT PRINTER

I was able to install this printer via Wi-Fi on 2 PC and a MacBook Pro. It worked on Windows 10 which I recently upgraded to. On the Mac I did not install the software. Wish they would give you more ink than what they do; it's like a starter ink kit. It is a good printer. I'm a Procurement Professional and did a lot of research before selecting this Epson.
So buy this printer it's small but powerful and make sure you purchase extra ink as backup.

The setup was very easy and convenient. After I unboxed it it only took about 7 minutes to set everything up program everything and start printing right away. It's a great product!

Everything seems to work just fine, as describe ... I have only had it for one day now... so that's about all I can say... except for one thing "THE PRICE YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR INK IS UNREAL"... If I would have caught that before buying it I probably would not have....

RECENT PURCHASE OF EPSON PRINTER

I HAVE USED EPSON PRINTERS MOST OF MY CAREER. THEY ARE WELL THOUGHT OUT AND PROVIDE EASE OF USE FOR THE FAMILY. THE WF-3620 WAS ECONOMICAL AND DOES NOT OVERLOAD THE USER WITH NEEDLESS EXTRAS. THE CONTROL SCREEN IS A GREAT HELP TO THOSE JUST WANTING TO COPY SOMETHING. THE WI-FY IS STRONG AND ALLOWS MEETING GUESTS TO PRINT OFF SOMETHING THAT NEEDS TO BE VIEWED/REVIEWED BY ALL. I PARTICULARLY LIKE THE TRAY LAYOUT.

Setting up printer

Someone name Eric helped me and he was VERY patient. I appreciate it so much. I am older and not computer savvy. Eric waited and waited for me, step by step. Afterwards I told him, "God bless you, Eric, you have 'the patience of a saint'".
He may or may not be a "saint" (which refers technically to believers in Christ)...but he is a patient and kind young man. Thank you Eric!

I just purchased my new printer yesterday and installed it tonight. It was a very easy installation process. Right away I was able to print materials I would need first thing in the morning. The printed material is clear and precise text. Very pleased on day 1.
