Quality printer - installation not up to par

The installation was neither user friendly nor intuitive. I had to come back and do it twice over two days to get it to work and experienced multiple failures and errors along the way. The first time, when I went to configure the network, the program just stopped with no reason as to why. When I did get the installation program to keep going the second day, every step failed at least once. Then, it told me it failed when it actually worked. Way harder than it needs to be.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Nearly everything I want

Only one thing that has me confused; there is no support for automatic double sided printing on card stock. A couple of previous printers had double sided card printing with several weight stocks. I use 110 lb stock and it worked out just fine. However with this Epson printer I have to use the top back slot to feed the card stock, then orient the sheet properly and feed it through again to print the other side. I did put the stock in the regular tray and specify it as standard paper. it printed ok on both sides but I'm not sure if this was a wise choice.

I am very happy with this printer! It is so easy to use ,plus the fact that it connects wireless to my phone, laptop, Tablet and desktop with no difficulty at all. Connecting is so easy.
Everything about this printer is easy..no college degree needed to operate this one like previous models i have owned in the past.

works great was a snap to set up and register. Color printing is really clear and works great for our business flyers and spreadsheets, WIFI is awesome as I have several devices that I print from

Easy set up

Followed the set up guide and everything went smoothly. Hardest part was fishing the power cord and USB cable to the printer. Other than that, set up was a breeze.

Workforce Printer Slow and Noisy

The start-up process for this computer is slow and noisy compared to other printers I've owned. Even the little process it goes through when it has been inactive for a while is noisy. Also the paper tray and finished document trays feel very flimsy. I guess I'll see how well they hold up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic printer

Very easy to set up and the print quality is great, love the two sided printing. Haven't tried the fax or scan functions yet but I suspect they're a good as my last Epson printer, which hasn't quit working, we just wanted to upgrade.
