No Air Printer Available

I purchased this printer strictly so I could print from my iPad Air. When I tried to print from the iPad, it says, "No AirPrint Printers Found." I'm extremely disappointed. I'm hopeful that I can find some tech who will assist me with this problem. I can print wirelessly from my laptop just fine. Please tell me that I will get help with this!!!

The directions for setting up printer were not clear! I had to call customer support to walk me thru installing the printer ink. The customer support gentleman was very helpful. But the printed copy was useless!

Just purchased this Epson Model and I must say the wireless connection did everything...very impressed. It was the easiest setup ever...I would highly recommend this printer to anyone looking to have an exceptionally easy printer-fax-copier-scanner to use. :-)

good-easy to set up, printer is top notch, looks professional, easy to keep clean, change ink cartridges very easy, so if you are looking for a new printer, copier, fax machine, the workforce 3620 is on top.
I would recommend this to a friend!

noisy unit that works OOTB

I just received the unit today and I'm super impressed with its setup and configuration. Very intuitive interface and easy to use. I'm hoping my non-technical mom would use it's scan and print function with ease. the only complain I've is that the unit is a bit noisy when it starts and shuts down. I hope to use this for several years to come.
