Had two of these printers break within a year

Was looking forward to using this printer after seeing some good reviews. Unfortunately, the first one stop working after 6 months even after long hour with help desk trying to resolve. They sent a replacement, now that one stopped working aw well. Very disappointing...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Epson WorkForce WF-3620 All-in-One Printer

I am not computer technology savvy where IT is concerned, but this printer was easy to install. It's very user friendly and I was thrilled how quickly I was able to connect my printer to my computer and get it working.
It's user friendly and for me that's important.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been a long time user of Epson printers and this set up was very easy and took less than 1 hour to complete set up from out of the box to finish. That is a record for me. Not very tech savvy.

Two is better then one

This is my second Epson. The other is an Artisan which is used for photos. This one is for hand outs. The units and support are very good. My next one will also be Epson.

Absolutely love the printer. It is a lifesaver. The ease of use is simply a relief when I am trying to get work done. Customer service is second to none.
