I have worked for the past 5 hours now trying to get the printer connected to my network, without success. It's Friday night, and I'm bushed! I finally ended up doing a direct connect with a USB cable just to be able to print what I need tonight. No, I haven't called support yet, but it really should not be this difficult! None of the other devices I have connected to my network, including printers, took more than a few minutes! Print quality looks great, but sheesh!

New Owners Must Study To Use!

If I had known before I bought this Epson, I would have spent more and found something that "thinks" like I do. First of all, it is all plastic so it is NOISY, from ON to OFF! Second, there is NO information at-a-glance to aid the new owner, so one must try to find the web site that will reveal the strange (from my last, HP, easy, all-in-one) "directions" which then need to be printed--if one wants to waste many pages--to copy and print. Everything must be researched WHERE TO PUT INK, after the tiny amount installed for purchase trials, where to put what one wants copied or printed, if it will be "valid" (or try to find out what will make it "valid",) what to click on in the window, on the keyboard and more. I'm glad for a friend who is an expert in PCs for simple explanations. Get info before you buy, or find an instructor!

WF-3620

I am terribly disappointed in this printer. I have had an Epson WP-4530 for quite a few years and was very happy with it. It wore out. So, I replaced it with the WF-3620 thinking it was an upgrade. I now don't believe that. Photo paper (4x6) has to be fed one sheet at a time from the back feed bin....and that after one gets up from the computer and walks to the printer, presses a few command buttons and waits. Envelopes have to be fed from the main tray instead of stacked in the back tray. This is much more involved and time consuming. So much for efficiency. The printer constantly drops the wireless connection and has to be re-connected. More time consumption. The old printer was a joy to use. This one is a constant hassle. There's more but what is the point?

Have had nothing but problems with setting it up and keeping it set up. Wi-Fi is still an issue.
