Great buy for the price

We purchased this printer and received it in a timely fashion. I believe it is a good value for the price. It prints clear and colorful pages and is easy to install and use. Very user friendly. However, we had a problem with the first one we received as the ink cartridge carrier would not move. We called customer service and were told to ship it back and in the mean time they would ship another one which we did. The replacement came very soon afterward with no hassles. I would recommend this company to anyone.

almost perfect

the only thing i do not like is if one ink cartridge is empty it will not print at all even if all the other ones are full. you should be able to bypass that. It wont let you get passed certain screen without that corrected. there are 4 different cartridges.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid printing, cloud services unreliable

If you're intending on using this as a cloud printer, especially with Google, look for another printer. This printer will stay online for [maybe] 5 minutes, before "disconnecting" itself. Additionally, during the brief period it is connected, if you try to print something, it takes several minutes for the print job to actually make it to the printer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm not the most tech savvy person and this product was easier than easy to set up. Very happy with this Printer/fax combo quality, and ease of use.

The "ok" button

Printer works great, i only wish the "ok" button was explained.
There clearly is no such button. I finally checked a set up video online and saw how it worked to select "ok".

Instructions for Initial Setup

The documentation provided is rather Spartan to say the least.
To start with, I must have turned the printer over and over several times to ensure all of the securing tape and packing was removed both inside and out. Some inclusive steps, illustration and/or supporting narrative would have ben quite helpful.
I also found a small, blue rectangular piece of phenolic material taped inside near the ink cartridge slots. Still don't have a clue what it is for. I have a guess that it may be some sort of tool to assist in either the removal on installation of ink cartridges but it is not mentioned anywhere.
When I unpacked the printer, the paper tray was flush with the front of the printer. It will not reinstall in the same way. The tray extends out almost two inches. I don't know if this is normal or not. The printer works but since I only have limited space available, it will no longer fit with the tray sticking out like this. It did fit in the allotted space before when the printer was unpacked and the tray was still flush.
All in all, I am pleased with the print quality, speed, and price. However, I think a much better job could be done with the setup documentation.

Registration

The registration for this product has issues. It will not accept a date after the year 2010 even though we are in 2016. It will continue to give you an error. This needs to be fixed.
