Even though this was an inexpensive printer, I thought it would at least, you know, print. Nope. It tears through ink and then the new cartridges won't always work. So I'd go through the cartridge-head cleaning process, which REALLY goes through the ink, and still nothing. Most other things about it were frustrating, too. Lots of buttons that make the printing (by USB and bluetooth both) feel streamlined and logical, but it's a lot of phony functionality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice Printer, Ridiculous User Experience

the registration process for this printer is a complete pain in the butt. i've had it for months, and using it over a wireless network. which meant that i had to periodically re-connect the printer to the network (why it won't retain the device i don't know) and thus register it multiple times. this process alone will keep me from recommending this product to anyone. when you CAN get a piece of paper or a scan out of it, it's fine, works great. It's a matter of getting to the starting line. So much for UX: t'ain't none.

My Workforce 3620 quit working rather suddenly. I was told it was a hardware problem,and couldn't be fixed. My printer was under 2 years old and out of warranty! I wasn't very happy as I excpected a longer life out of this printer! Well,I spoke to Frank and he sent out a brand new one! Epson did not have to do this for me technically. Made a customer for life!
Thanks again for giving a dern about your customers,great job!

This has been the most challenging instillation of a printer that I have ever experienced. I still have not been able to get my laptop to recognize the printer. I can print wireless from my cell phone but not from my laptop and they are using the same internet connection, my personal internet.
I can use the USB cord and print form my laptop but not wireless.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had several Epson printers...but this is my favorite! The Epson 6320 is AWESOME! Even the printing is more sharp in contrast. Thank you!

I have not had this a month and am already having problems with it. I have had to install it on my machine twice already and everytime I want to print something it wants to fax it to someone instead of print it. then when I have to repair the installation I have to re-register the stupid thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

unit is nice, but your disc failed to set up from my computer so it took 2 hours instead of 20 minutes.
Please re-write your disc maybe a Windows 10 incompatability

The only negative thing is, as I mostly print black, I have to constantly reset it for black every time I do a printing.
