It is very difficult to set up and if you try to change the settings you have to turn the power off and start over. The reset button does not work.

Good quality but difficult to understand how to change settings from photo to document. The paper size is difficult to change without errors.Wish is were more user frriendly

Will never use anything but EPSON!

I was advised by my oldest brother to get Epson printer years ago. About 25 years ago and have not used anything but Epson since because it has worked like a charm. I had upgraded my printer NOT because it broke or didn't work right but because it was so old and there were so many new printers on the market.
My old Epson's would not die and I love that about this company! They make great working printers! I still have the last 3 Epson printers running in my home but I use the latest one I purchased. Yes ink is not cheap and I never buy the cheap ink because the real cartridges give real vivid prints whether its photo's or letters, etc. Happy that Epson came out with the XL cartridges. They cost more but for me its better than constantly changing them. Thanks Epson.

Terrible, sloppy printing.

This was my first Epson printer, and I have had a lot of different ones over the course of my life. We have had this printer for a little over a year now. It's user friendly, and has plenty of functions. The scanner works well. The print function however...terrible. Everything I print looks like garbage; streaks, lines, etc. I cannot use this printer for any professional or executive functions as I would be embarrassed to turn something in looking such a way. I highly recommend looking for a different model, or brand altogether.

Not happy with printer quality

I haven't even printed 200 pages on the printer and it is printing like the other brands picture on the setup. The printouts are smearing and blurry. It will print one line fine and the next three are missing pieces or smeared and blurry.

Anytime there is a software update from either Apple or Epson the printer becomes non-functional. Takes forever to trouble shoot.

New home office printer

Just installed the WF-3620 and I am very pleased. Installation and setup was easy and seamless with 3 devices all printing via WIFI.

I like this printer because of it's speed, easy to use and quick 2 sided printing abilities. The wireless feature allows me to locate anywhere in the office. This is my second Epson, I have one at home too. It is an older model and not as fast and flip over 2 side printing. Also, the ink is reasonably priced
