WF-3620 Works for me

Previously, with a different Epson printer many years ago, I was disappointed. So far, in the few months that we've owned it, WF-3620 has done well for daily minimal to moderate use, with occasional work bursts.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good but not perfect

Overall great all-in-one so far. Wifi connection works great for both mac and pc. ink is not as expensive as the canon I had before. I bought this after my canon broke and so far its just as good. The canon probably had slightly better print quality but the cost of ink was outrageous. I think I paid a bit for more this printer but will make up that money after a couple ink purchases.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Was very fast and easy to set up on both my computers. The email feature to print from on the road, from my cell phone is awesome. It prints so much faster than the other brand I had, and over all makes me wish I hadn't waited so long to get it! Had it going on 3 months now and have nothing negative to say about it. Love it!

This is my first Epson, another one waiting in the box, waiting for X-Mas, to my wife, so she can have her own. So far the experience is Great. Hope it remains that way..

Read it uses a lot of ink. Like the printer, however my HP Photo smart was easier especially sending PDF files in E-Mail.

Manual Feed

Bought this model printer becuse of the manual feed. However it does not feed from the manual input. Will be taking it back if it dosen't get resolved right away.

not for people who can't read

Main problem with this printer is that it tells you when you have the wrong paper size loaded. We use both legal and letter and change sizes at least once a day. Regardless of numerous training sessions, users do not read the LED screen which tells them to press the button print if they have the wrong size paper in. They could change the paper but it requires 5-10 seconds to change it since the tray is not exposed. And then they still would not be able to read to press the button. Paper jam help and video is also displayed on the screen and although we have not had to use this feature yet I doubt that it be ever read if needed. Constant "tech support" is required. Two people are high school graduates and one is a college graduate. All are over 50 years old. Also cannot get the FAX to send with our PBX. Have not tried using two pauses yet.

I still haven't found the rear paper holder. I'll get the online guide.
The CD Instructions weren't obvious. It would help to have the tiny word "Download" highlighted, and emphasize when a Mac user should do something different.
I finally figured it out, but took quite a bit longer than it could have.
Hope I can find the online guide.
