I like the printer very much, clear print and scan. Good life from ink cartridges, I love the idea of a singe sheet, rear feed. Too bad it is so difficult to use. The printer confuses easily by not knowing which feed to use and there are no clear instructions on how to set it up.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the ease of use with my iPhone 6. I can scan and copy and print in seconds. I don't have a landline so I can fax which is a bummer since I would like to fax but I email instead with the ease of scanning.

Installation, setup and registration was so quick and easy. Just insert the CD, follow the instructions and you're printing in no time. Glad I made this purchase! The print quality is excellent and so quick. You'll love this Epson printer!

Extremely frustrated

Just bought the printer and can't even open the ink compartment due to it being occluded by the casing. When I turned on the printer to see if the ink cartridges would 'shift', as they often due when installing a new cartridge, nothing moved. And the set up screen is stuck on "language', regardless of pushing the 'home screen' button as instructed in the manual. I've read the quick set up guide, checked trouble-shooting on line, and read the manual. Nothing addresses my issues. Of course its Sunday night so an email or phone call are not an option. I will try to reach a human tomorrow. But at this point, I'm thinking "return". I think I have a lemon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thanks for the fax memory!

Replaced a 4-in-one without fax memory. Bought this WF-3620 based on good experiences with a WF-7620 we bought for large format printing, used at a different business location. Wireless setup was easy.

I had a workforce 610 and ran the wheels off it. This new printer is faster and better quality. A little confusing at first.

Workforce 3620 a best buy

This is the third Epson Workforce that I've owned. All have provided long life and great print results. I must say, however, that this is the best model that I've owned. The features are amazing but it is by far the easiest printer I've ever set up on my Mac. If you can read and follow directions, this printer will be up and running in under thirty minutes.

Poor instruction

Finding instructions for set up, trouble shooting, etc. is not the easiest. It is assumed that the machine will know what to do and that the user is tech savvy. Would be nice if support was a real person rather than more scroll down pages.
