IN MY OPINION, MY ALL IN ONE MULTI PURPOSE PRINTER IS GREAT. FOR A HOME OR BUSINESS USE, THIS WAS MY BEST PURCHASE SO FAR.... IT'S A NICE SIZE, FAST, AND WAS EASY TO INSTALL.

Problem ridden printer

drops offline regularly and is a problem hound...more frustrating and terrible
Unreliable and software nightmare stay away and try another company as even epson downloads are useless and difficult to navigate

Good Printer but!!

I bought this printer about a month ago. I didn't use it that often and today when I went to use it to print a color picture it has vertical lines in it and the black is not printing correctly I cant believe the black cartridge is bad already. It shows that it is more then half full.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Awesome printer. Paper handling is superb. Decent speed. The only con is it wont print directly onto dvd's. Double sided printing and scanning is a snap!

Installation of Epson Wf-3620

Was impressed with all functions in setting up this printer. Was able to connect to my home Wi-Fi, tablet, laptop and cell phone. Enjoy the option in scanning a document and review from my cell phone.
I am a manager who is working at various locations and needed a home printer due to minimal access for me at each location. Looks easy to print my documents-sign for my line of business then either email or fax to my clients or managers. Look forward for the actual live test.

This is my 3rd Epson
New on is WF 3620, easy to set up, much easier than in the past.
CPU to air pad no problem. Touch screen very easy to use, in any setting.

I just installed the WF 3620 for my wife. My wife had an Epson for years and was very happy with its performance. The customer representative stated he was not that happy with the Epson brand and that it was one of those returned the most. He recommended the extended warranty. Maybe a gimmick?
Color on plain paper not that true but it is only our first day.
The cover for the ink does not fit properly and I actually had to force it open and the same to close. I am sure this is a quality problem but hopefully we can live with it.

The printer is quiet, compact and was not that difficult to install. CD and software is top notch.

This printer is so accurate. It also is very fast and efficient. Lots of great features and very easy to use with the video instructions on it makes it even easier. I love it. Has a great price and the value of it is could be sold for a lot more. That was why I was able to afford it. It is a real winner machine and very very fast. It works just as well if not better than a laser printer. Thank you for a superb invention as this printer has many hidden features I have been discovering as I use it. I thank you for such a GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!!!!!! Thanks lots Daniel Pasco
