Awesome machine! Does everything i need! Better than the commercial machine at work! Does not jam or break down! Color is superb! Does anything that i ask it to do on the face plate. Helped me immensely through the 2015 tax season! Very satisfied!

When printing out copies. Its seems like it is skipping on some sentences. Not sure how to fix the problem.

color not as pronounced as HP printers
have use cleaning process visa vie nozzle etc. but still not as sharp as I would prefer
however, my faster than HP

I've had my printer for 6 months and its been great. The one time I had a connection issue I just went online and was able to find the help I needed to solve my problem. Recommend!

I am computer illiterate and had no problems setting up printer. It would be nice if link to download drivers were in the brochure so that I did not have to go searching for it.

Great Printer for the money

This printer get's the job done and done right. Was hard to believe this printer made my other printer that cost three times more operate so bad. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 Stars was having to deal with the paper tray. How about a floating envelope guide that sets on top of the paper in the tray so you don't have to go to some much trouble to print an envelope. Other than that it's a great printer.
