Pretty but it would not install

Perhaps I will love this new printer if it installs. Mac OS. Everything went well till time to set up the "print queue. Not there. I'll keep trying but this review came up ;in the mean time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

EASIEST install ever!!!

I own a Mac and this was the easiest time of installing ever. It works as it claims and printing is simple. Very user friendly. excellent quality prints. Thanks Epson

Just wanted to give a shout out to Francis James A. He was very helpful in assisting me with correcting some settings on my WF 3620. He was professional, kind and patient. It was a very pleasant experience.
I've used the WF 3620 for about 8 months now. It's a great product. The only reason for the 4 star is that I go through a great deal of ink cartridges really quickly.

Printer a snap, scanner function a mess

Setting this printer up was a snap, butt the scanner driver did not load for me. After a long effort on the Epson web site and associated driver scanner software, I deleted everything and restarted with a clean attempt. Within two minutes the printer, fax and scan functions were up and running. Strange but the rerun from the start was the best I could do, and it worked.
I would recommend this to a friend!
