Last Epson WF-3640 lasted 1 year and 8 months. It was a bit shorter than expected especially since I don't print too much. Print quality is very good. Hope reliability of this second one is better.
Very easy to setup.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have had problems with the designation of this printer under my devices choosing the printer instead of the fax to do my printing jobs. I just completely replaced the drivers and reregistered the device and hope it works better now. I am impressed that the device gives the owner the opportunity to do that without paying $$$$$ to a computer specialist.

so far, so good. Replacing a WF610 with the WF3620. I don't think there are specific enough instructions included with the printer. I have had many, and have had no problem, but I had to call the Help Desk for assistance. I HATE HAVING TO DO THAT!

Easily unpacked. Easy step by step instructions that worked the first time. A support web site that was easy to use along with very easy to find what you needed. Software installed correctly and worked correctly the first time. Connected to wireless network and worked the first time. The print quality is beautiful. Touch screen works very well and has larger buttons for man hands. I'm very satisfied and while I would recommend to a friend, I would purchase this printer again myself. Thank you Epson.

Good price & does the job

Just bought this printer, and it's fairly straight forward like any other printers in terms of setup. If you are savvy with computer language and what is expected for a wireless or direct connection type of setup, it's very well done with the hardware & software installations. Just tested a few printouts and they look good. The auto-duplex printing is working fairly well, did save me a lot of time from my other laser printer. But no booklet printing settings available. Epson connect is also easy to use for those who use email & cloud printing.
All in all it's definitely worth the money.

Scanning was not proper from the very first attempt.
