Makes nice copies in black ink. Uses a lot of colored ink when charging. Colored copies always seem to have lines in them due to imcomplete page coverage.

DO not buy this printer

This printer sucks, with the windows 10 upgrade, this printer doesn't work with any of my computers, and today it decided not to copy. I would not recommend this printer to anyone. It is less than 1 year old, and should work better than this. I give it a -100 on a 10 scale.

The printer is attractive and professional. However it is required for additional connections that are not included. This is a inconvenience because not all stores carry the required connections.

The Epson WF-3620 is the worst printer that I have ever owned. The book sized instruction manual is only available on line and requires a technician to decipher. Changing paper sizes is a main problem as the printer does not recognize a paper size and you must punch in the paper size on the printer and your computer for every change. The scan feature is also troublesome as it goes on and off and must be reset with regularity. I would avoid this printer and look at other options as the reviews were good, but the results were poor.

I bought another brand of printer first and had many problems trying to set it up. I returned it to the dealer and on the recommendation of a very helpful employee, bought the Epson 3620 model.
I am technically challenged but was able to set this printer up thanks to the great, simple directions that were included. All of the features are easy to use and having used different printers of another brand for years, this is by far the best printer I have ever purchased. It is also priced very competitively.

I have owned many Epson printers and keep purchasing them as I have always been very pleased with them. Not this one! The colors do now print very clear. There is a distinct difference between the color of the 3620 and an older model I had. Will have to consider another brand when it comes time to replace a printer.
