I haven't used it a whole lot as of yet, but the printer was very easy to set up, and I'm very pleased with the quality of print - and the speed - that I'm getting from it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just purchased this printer, has many good features. Haven;t used much yet bit prints ok. The printer instructions are very poor ,had to call 800 number because wouldn't print, Found out it had to be set to border setting to print,versus borderless doesn't make any sense to me ,but that is there desired setting. After did that all was fine .It also listed all kinds of printing paper that you had to check,and was like, semi glossy, glossy, dull, A4 (what ever that means),didn't think it was that important but they did ,all I had was ordinary reem printing paper 8 1/2 by 11 regular weight and 90 brightness. Thought that was enough info for printer ,but to my surprise was not. We will have to use more and just see. Customer service was very helpfull and nice.

Just set up my new WF 3620. It was easy and the fax set up was a breeze ! Excellent. The pag3es I have printed so far are color flyers for my real estate business. My clients will be delighted. crisp and clear photos. I am most pleased. Keep up the good work!

Seems to be a good value for the money. However, it goes thru a lot of ink for the amount of printing that is done. The ink is not cheap! Also hard to hook up the wireless printing feature.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
