Epson WorkForce WF-3620 All-in-One Printer

First off. My wife and I are very pleased with this printer, scanner, copier. We haven't tried the Fax yet. This is the first Epson printer we've owned but we had other brands of ink-jet or Laser printers before this one. We are in our 70's so we've used PC's and printers for a long time. This time we bought our Epson because we read some good reviews about them. Our PC setup is a hard wire network with a wireless router. The printer is connected to our router with a cable. My wife also uses a Laptop computer and connects via our wireless feature.
Original set up to our PC was easy. We did call Epson customer service for help connecting the Lap-top via wireless to our system. CS was very helpful and stayed with us while we tested the connection to make sure it functioned properly.
Replacing the ink cartage is easy, neat, and clean. We are very impressed with this printer!

Hardware works as advertised but avoid the softwar

The WF-3620 works well as a double sided printer and double sided scanner. However, the software supplied on the CD crashed my computer running Windows 8.1 a few weeks after installation. I had to uninstall all Epson software and disable some Epson Monitors before the Windows 8.1 was again working.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great Printer

I had been looking for an all-in-one affordable printer for some time when I stumbled across a review of the Epson WF-3620 printer. I was impressed and so I went out and bought one. I was not disappointed. This affordable printer is easy to set up, prints great quality documents and photos, and scans and faxes documents with one touch ease. I HIGHLY recommend this printer.

The instructions for using the paper feed on the back of the printer are missing in action. Could not find them in the on line instruction manual. Epson needs to make that more user friendly. For other uses the unit is very good.l

Epson Workforce All-in One Printer 3620

I had to do a major color print job as soon as I received this product and it was so easy to set up and use. It was fast with a great color quality even on the lower quality setting. It is amazing and works like an expensive printer.

Great Printer

I have had my Epson WF-3620 printer since August 8, 2015. Best decision I made over considering purchasing the same printer company I have always used over the last...let's just say...many years. The deal was great, the printer was easy to install, and it works like a charm. Great decision!! I highly recommend it.
