A Lot We Didn't Say - Install SW

I haven't had a chance to print much yet, because I have spent abut 3.5 hours trying to fill in what was not described in Step 6 - Install software. There are no actual instructions in the User's Guide (even online) to follow other than the phrase "Download the software." There is no speedometer or step by step prompts and no indication when download completed. It also bombed during first attempt to install. My guess is that I will like the printer much better when I have forgotten the lack of instruction in User's Guide step 6.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer does not seem to consistently stay online, despite having an "excellent" wireless signal.

I was able to setup the WF3620 printer with no issues. The wireless printing from multiple computers and our smart phones is great!!!! Thank you!

Registration Problem

I just bought and Epson Workforce WF36720 today, 6/11/2016. In finished installing the printer software and then was asked to complete the Registration Process. I couldn't enter my Purchase Date, 06/11/2016, and click on the Complete Registration button without getting and error message telling me my date was invalid. I tried a few options that didn't work and then changed the year to 2015. Then it went through. Can you please correct my registration date to 06.11/2016.

Great value and really easy to set up! Function ability is well thought out. Good size paper tray for smaller machine. Will also print double sided.
